  1. Under what circumstances when refund is possible ?
  2. Refund is possible under the following circumstances : a. To cancel order upon request. Please call in order to cancel the order. Or write to [email protected] The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows

    after flowers/gifts have been ordered from our supplier.

    after the flower/gift leaves the shop or office premises.


    b. Recipient not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered. If the recipient complains about the quality of the product delivered or is not satisfied due to un-fresh flowers, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts is liable to get 100% refund, subject to other points of terms & condition and provided that The recipient denies accepting the Flowers/Gifts and returns back the same instantly in intact condition to the address stated on the Delivery Order. AND Customer writes to us a mail about the reason of dissatisfaction stating the Transaction ID, the sender and the recipient's name in the Email Form. This feedback will be used to help us improve our customer service. c. Unavailability of flower/gift types or colors In case the ordered product such as flowers/gifts are not available due to limitation in supply at that particular point of time, the website reserves the right to replace the products with another product of the same or higher value. For such reason no refund request will be accepted. d. Destination of delivery is beyond our coverage In case any area is beyond our specified city list or any area is inaccessible for any reason beyond our control.
  3. How is the refund procedure being carried out ?
  4. Refund process will be carried out within three days once one of the above mentioned criteria is fulfilled. Once the refund has been successfully processed, we will send you a refund notification via email. Keep this refund notification safely for checking against your monthly credit card bill.
